We've been working with Eric for over 6 years, and he's honestly been our go-to guy for anything related to our backyard. Over the years he's helped us with pavers, fence replacement, gazebo installation, and overall backyard design and remodeling, and he's been consistently reliable every time.

Eric is reasonably priced, easy to work with, and does good quality work without trying to upsell or overcomplicate things. He's very practical and always gives suggestions that actually make sense, especially if you're thinking long-term and not just about how things look on day one.

It's hard to find someone you can trust for multiple projects over the years, and Eric has been exactly that for us. Would definitely recommend him if you're looking for a dependable landscaper you can keep going back to.

Milan Landscaping did an excellent job on my driveway. Their communication was clear and timely throughout the entire project, and the quality of their work was outstanding! I'm very happy with the results and highly recommend them.

Eric is a true professional! He showed me all the different kinds of turf and which ones would look the best for my place! He brought over his workers, and they did fast quality work all in the span of a day!!

Everyone was easy to talk to, professional, quick, neatly organized, and they cleaned the place up nicely afterwards as well. I'm definitely hiring them again for other parts of my home that need turf work, and I totally recommend anyone give them a call if you need any landscaping work done in general.

Yelp does not offer enough stars to give Milan Pavers. I've rarely met a team that took as much pride and care in their work as Eric's team. We had a complex project that required innovative design, challenging logistics, and some changes during the process.

Eric and his team were exceptionally dedicated, responsive, and 100% committed to doing the job right. I talked with dozens of contractors. None were better, or offered more value for money.

If you're planning a big project, and you want it done well, then give Milan a call. Once you spend the time designing the project you want, you can trust Milan to do everything possible to achieve that (and make it even better).

Looking for a fast and reliable team to take care of your landscaping needs? Look no further, Milan Landscaping is the way to go! Eric and his team guided us through the entire process.

They offered great communication, along with efficient work. They were fast, clean and overall AMAZING! I will definitely be hiring them to work on my other properties!

Eric was very responsive when we first contacted him for a quote. After the initial quote, he met with us a couple times as we were exploring different designs for our backyard.

We ended up with Eric and Milan to replace our grass with artificial turf. Eric and his team were very professional during the removal and installation. His team even helped troubleshoot and repair my existing irrigation system for free.

The quality of work is superb and the crews cleaned up the area after they completed their job. We were so pleased that we recommended friends as well. Supporting local businesses like Eric (Mountain View / Palo Alto) is a plus.

Eric and his crew transformed my side yard in a couple of weeks. They poured concrete, installed turf, hooked up a drip system, planted shrubs, and put in lighting. They also cleaned my gutters and trimmed trees.

Eric was super easy to work with, responsive, and reliable. He took great care with the job and really took pride in the finished product. His crew left the space tidy at the end of each work day.

Highly recommend. Thank you, Eric!

I'm so happy that I got connected with Eric (belated review—sorry!). I'd recommend him to my friends without hesitation. He's responsible and has crews with expertise in turf, grass, and pipe-layering if the existing ones are broken.

He has extreme ownership and I was able to communicate on every front with ease and clarity. Whether you have a small or large scope of work—masonry, gardening, or turf/grass—he's the go-to person. He's hands on and well-respected by the crew. I look forward to working with him again on future projects.

I met with 4 companies and Eric was the only one able to do both rocks and turf within my timeline. I liked him from the start but wow—he was amazing and easy to work with.

He and his crew work fast and are very skilled. I am beyond happy and would recommend him for your project.

If you want quality, integrity, efficiency and cleanliness, choose Milan Pavers & Turf. Eric Molina is thorough, knowledgeable and honest. His team is efficient and clean, and they’re very responsive even when we have changes.

His pricing is reasonable and fair. He installed a beautiful artificial turf area and putting green in my backyard—and it looks fantastic! Call him and you won't be disappointed.

WOW! Absolutely in love with the outcome of my project! Milan Pavers & Turf really outdid themselves and kept every word they promised. Very honest, reliable, respectful and easy to communicate with.

The outcome was amazing and so was the time they spent here. I’m amazed at how clean and organized this team is. Eric understood my ideas and surpassed my expectations. The quality is exceptional and the value added to my home is huge.

We had Eric come out to quote turf. Out of everyone, he was the most thorough & knowledgeable about his craft. Everything was transparent, smooth, and easy to work with. Really good quality work—definitely recommend and will be using him again.
